Hathway Broadband connection
VERY VERY SLOW

I have been using hathway 512Kbps plan for past 3 months and speed of connection is absolutely terrible. The actual speed is about 6-7Kbps. For the past 3 months I havent been able to download/view a single video. I think they should stop cheating customers. I hope someone takes strong action against them.
