Hathway Broadband Internet connection
No connectivity and rude answers

I am user of Hathway Broadband connection. Paid annual fees in Jan. When ever I am trying to use net connection I always find there is a coonectivity issue and services are not available. When tried to lodge the complaint on Saturday they have told me they have Sat - Sun weekly off and can not do anything. They even told me very rudley that I can go to any higher ups and do the complaints. I was having teleconference with customer and for thay I have to travel 20 KMs to do conference from office. I advice not even to think using using Hathaway broad band connection any time. I am realyy regreted paying one year subscription. When ever there technitian comes after complaint he does some minor adjustment and goes off. Next time again the problem persists. i do not know why they are not working sa proffessional in compitating world.
