I Have Also Been Cheated On By This Plan. It Claims An Unlimited Usage But When I Downloaded Files>3gb I Have Been Charged And The Speed Reduced To 250 Kbps. On The Other Hand On The Hathway Internet Site It Has Claimed That The Plan ’Neo Lit 1024’ Is 499/Per Month And With A Speed Of 1 Mbps And An Unlimited Speed. So I Choosed That Plan For Unlimited. But, When I Used It To Much It Charged Me. Please Listen Our Complaints. The Internet Provider Claims A False Representation Of It’s Services.
