Customer Support

The customer support here is pathetic. They have a landline instead of a Toll free number and you are kept on hold for a minimum of 30 mins each time you call. I had to pay Rs. 150 apart from the monthly rental. This was spent only on the calls where the customer service execs only transfer you from one line to another. They do not have the politeness or maybe not given the necessary soft skills training to talk to customers.

am thinking of suing these guys for making me waste my time, money and energy behind shitty work which they should have done upfront.
