I am a Hathway Broadband customer (customer no. 237827). I had mailed a request (as per their advice) for shifting my connection to new address within same city- 6 km away from old address where their services are available. And the address is extremely prominent.
I got an auto reply message from their mail id too. Still they first said they had not received my request. After that I have been calling everyday for the relocation and they say everyday that someone will call and come. But no one has turned up ever. My services request numbers are 3948613, 3956437.
When asked for escalation to senior official, the call center denies to pass on any information on the same.
During the time of connection renewal, their representative comes to home inspite of asking him not to come.
