No response from customercare

I have been trying since 2 days to call and talk to a Hathway customercare executive but no one is picking up the call.

Is this the way to behave?? This is not the ethics to work with.

I have tried all the possible numbers that i got from the internet and my bills too, but no response.

You only recommend what should i do now??
