Subject: Harassment through Hathway Internet because of daily connection fail problem. No reply from Kalyan office after many complaints to customer care.

Respected Sir,

I have your hathway connection since from last 2 months. I am suffering from daily connection fail problem. My connection not working from 2 months. I complained to your call center as well as I personally call to your kalyan office. Every time they just tells lie that I am sending engineer and it will be ok today but nobody even come to see what is the problem after giving complain. After complaining the net starts for just 10 - 15 min and the problem is the same.
