Not agree to transfer my connection as per conition given at time of application

I have Hathway Broadband connectuon sinc 1/10. My user Id is ' rashendu'. At the time of the application, company exucative had given me information that the company will transfer your connection free of cost whenever needed at my desired adresse at sama savli road, in the same city, Vadodara. I have also made a remark about above fact on apllication form before singning tne application.

I have shifted my resident in last week. Now, company is not ready to transfer my connection free of cost. they charg me Rs.1500/ for transfer. The company also not ready to give me refund for the same.
