Slow connectivety

Hello Sir,

I am using broadband of 128kbps, the connectivety is extreemely slow, i have to call every 2nd or 3rd day to register compalint to our Internet Service Provider and endup in fighting with them,

my user name is: MADHU

taken connection from: Chamarajamohalla Branch, Mysore.

Location of installation: Vijayanagar 3rd stage, Mysore.

I tried even contacting the email ID provided in the website i.e. mysorehelpdesk@hathway.net but its of no use,

I hope to see some solution soon
