Unable to access hathway email

My internet a/c no. is 30239 of hathway. I am having the internet services from hathway since May under the plan silver rush. From july 12 th, I changed it to 512 regular unlimited. Since then I am unable to access my hathway email though I am able to see my usage. I have written complaints before but my problem is not solved. My mobile no. is 9833203462 / 9322249239. The problem seems to be my password.
