Internet speed problem and kind of service

I'm using hathway internet from last 4-5 years, service is really poor

if problem arieses then it will take 1month to solve it.and in this period every day you have to call them and waste your 300-400rs on mobile bill

this is problem with every hathway user, from last 5 years they are saying tollfree no will be available in few months but yet it's not available like other isps.

from last 2 weeks i'm getting 64-88kbps speed but my plan is 256kbps.

they don't care to correct this problem they said this is what you will get or max 120kbps

this is really poor speed

they are saying plan is 256kbps and giving 120kbps is not fair.

i'm using unlimited 256kbps plan, i should get 256/8=32kilo bytes per sec. but getting less then half of this.

please solve my problem.

i have paid my full amount in advance for 6mnths plan.

and now not getting service.

toll free no should be must for every isps or dth.

please solve my problem
