Complent no-5029048 is not resolved still but your hathway engineer had shown its as solved and left its as unsolved.

i gave continue calls for6 days an after 6th day they gave me new complent no- 5045028.

the reson behind this would be 2 missguide the higher authority ant to show that they are working and solving the problems withing 2 -3 days which is not true.

today is a 7th day and my internet is working in make and break situation.
