Enewal Issues

Hello,

This is in reference to my account for internet broadband No.539503.

I had got call from hathway on 21/7 advising limit of usage was to expire soon as only 47mb was balance.

Within 2 days had called hathway's customer care and asked them for renewal and collection of payment.

Its been 7 days and no one has turned up yet.

I got call on 25/7 and was advised collection will be done in few hours, but in vain again no one has come to collect.

Just 2 days back I called hathway customer care they said on monday surely payment shall be collected.

Today I was advised no one has booked request for collection???

What kind of customer service is this??? If hathway is not bothered about customer, why there sales people roam and go on requesting to become customers???

Hope there is someone sensible enough to solve my query & revert asap.
