Misusing internet by them

I am hathway internet customer, we are using since 3 years, we are paying 1200 change for 4 months approximately and 4GB download limit for 1 MBPS, but two months back they said ur browsing time completed and we did n't said any thing even we haven't faced this problem previously but we upgraded it to 12 GB browsing limit for four months for 2 mbps, after 15 days they disconnected internet and when we call back then they are saying that ur browsing limit completed, its not at all possible, even i asked them to send the details but they refused it, i hope they miss used my internet, plz help me
