Hathway internet service provider
No proper connectgion

I am having your hathway connection and my Account No. is 101156 in the name of Anil Castelino and is located at Ambika Nagar, J.N. Road, Mulund (West) Mumbai - 400 080 - I wish to bring to your kind information that from the month of January my internet connection is not working properly and this has been brought to your notice by complaining umpteen times but there is no concrete action taken from your side. I would like to know when this connection will be rectified and if it is not possible, kindly revert so that I can go to the media and publish the wonderful service provider HATHWAY is.

If it is not possible to rectify the complaint then kindly return the money that I have deposited with you to set things right as there are so many other good interenet service providers in this city.
