Compensation towards poor service

The service i received during the span of actober to december was like pathetic, it was understood since they had major issue of data line being broken. But the situation doesn't seem to improve a little, till date the surfing is like a nightmare.

And when asked for compensation they are turning heads down and its high time that Hatway shuold take it seriuosly the issues faced by the customers of Charkop, Kandivali (W), Mumbai area.

When i pay my fees on time i have a right to receive proper service for that span. They also discontinued my service and are not replying to any mails.

Action required on this.
