FIRE IN COMPUTER DUE TO INTERNET CONNECT

We are account holder IN hatway Our user id is pankajmaster.

Your connection was installed on 19th September. Now the problem is that on 3-8 fire occur in my computer due to your connective cable (See Attachment) I asked with Mr. Darmesh tailer –Surat and he came at my home and show the computer condition and told us give quotation to damage parts. Next day we contact hardware Engineer Mr manoj Patel (WEB WORLD-SURAT) and make the Quotation and summit to Mr. Dharmesh Tailor at WTC office on 05-08 and he said I discuss with head office and give replay on on 8-8 Monday. but till I am not getting any positive reply.

.I think hathway is customer oriented company so Awaiting for your positive response.
