Order submitted on 29 Feb.but not received yet

I purchased a memory card from hclstore.in, Order No.47660 on 29 Feb. As did not receive it I mailed to dua.ashish@hcl.com for my status. I got reply that it has been dispatched and they gave me tracking number of ARAMEX courier. When I checked with Aramex they said they couldn't locate my address. This was big surprise to me. I have received mails and parcels from almost all of major courier service and Indian Mail. Never had any problem with any courier service. Atleast they should called me on mobile.

Anyways I informed same to hclstore.in. They said it will be sent again. This time I asked them to give me tracking# in advance but they didnt. after that I have contacted some of hclstore reps..buit of no use. They even dont care to reply. I really wonder how they get "Super Brand" tag!!

They are not even refunding my money.. totally unprofessional behavior!!
