Unable connect internet

De ar Sir, I am having airtel prepaid connection My ph. No. 9033289447 from Port Blair, (A& N Islands).

As per their special offier I have charged Rs. 94/= on 05-09-09 for 100MB internet connection for 30 days,

but til today i am unabe to get internet connection. Kindly do the needful.
