POOR CUSTOMER CARE AND DELIVERY SYSTEM

Iam Arivarasu from Vellore, Ranipet. For the past two months iam a regular customer of heaven and home online shopping site. I have booked 7 items from that site but barring two items none got delivered so far. It was mentioned in their booking order that it takes 18-24 working day for materials to despatch but my order has crossed more than 35 days now and still it was not delivered. More pathetic is the situation that there will not be any intimation from Heaven and Home group regarding the delay, Being a customer you have to take pains in asking them via email and for that they will reply saying that kindly aploigize.very poor customer care experince from heaven and home team. Heaven and home guys kindly deliver the product as per schedule in any case of delay do intimate to your customer regarding delay as a matter of courtesy.-Arivarasu, 9884846141
