I am using Connect broadband connection DSLS 43121 since July. In first week of April I responded to one of the many promotional calls from Connect and submitted written request along with all the documents demanded by the Cusomercare executive for change of broadband plan from UL 390 to DSL UL 590, to the Connect office in sector 35-C Chandigarh. After checking the documents the lady executive told me that needful would be done in 2-3 days time. It is three weeks since then but nothing has been done. I have made some two dozen calls to cc no 5050505 and every time I get the reply that needful shall be done today or tomorrow but the ground progress is a big ZERO.I wonder whether all these calls made to me by Connect's marketing wing prompting me to change the Plan were only a farce. Do the executives employed by the promotor company in marketing and customercare wing are there only to carry home hefty pay packages without doing any meaningful work for the Company who employs them. Without any plausible reason no action is being taken to execute a simple job. The irresponsible behaviour of the executives responsible for doing the job is highly deplorable. Is anyone listening in CONNECT. Can someone tell me how long I have to wait for this simple job.
