Bad, unresponsive service

Hi,

I had to pay advance money for 6 months to avail the web hosting provided by hiox india. They had promised a 99.9 % uptime. However my site was never up. Even if it did, after 2 clicks i would go down again. When i tried asking the support personnel to help me, they would not help me out. Cut the chat in between even without listening fully to what i had to say. Even if they spoke, it would be rude,

Very disappointed with the hardly available service. Need my money back.
