Dear Sir,

I am extremly sorry to say that I have to submit this complaint as no other option is left. I applied for the New Connection for Airtel Landline and Broadband for the Church a month ago. I have submitted the documents and Rs 500/- to a Person Name Swedesh but I am trying my best to conect him but he is not responding anymore. Several times I am assured that the line connection will be fixed soon but such a reputable company Airtel is not giving any response to my matter. If there is any technical problem than why the form is being filled and money has been collected, and why it is not refunding me back. I humble request to please solve this matter and do the needful.
