Somebody is sending emails from my email-id

Sir,

My name is Shankar from Hi-Tech Audio Systems (P) Ltd. Since many days a site called zorpia.com on which I have never registered is sending e-mails to my contact book addresses without my knowledge. And, the recepient gets my name as the sender which I have not sent. Please, help us to sort out this problem as this is my official id and all the contacts are official those who are getting these weird mails.
