Missing material

I have purchased Moods condoms online from the official website of Moods i.e, www.moodsplanet.com on 13.07.2011 and the order deatials are as below:

Moods Regular Family Pack contains 120 nos Moods Regular condoms - 2 packs MRP Rs. 375 *2 =Rs.750/-

Moods Strawberry 3s - Combo (5 packs of 3s condoms) - 4 units MRP Rs. 150 *4 =Rs.600/-

Total order cost = Rs.1350/-

and I have paid the amount via my debit card.

I have received the material through First Flight Couriers on 15.07.2011 and after checking the package I found that only one pack of Moods Regular Family Pack and Moods Strawberry 3s - Combo (5 packs of 3s condoms) - 4 units are in the box and one pack of Moods Regular Family Pack is missing.

Further I am pursuing with First Flight Couriers that is there any package missing at their end and they replied that such thing is not happend at their side.

Further I am trying to contact the Consumer Cell Assistant Manager of HLL Life Care Ltd. at 919381886597 and I always found that the cell is switched off.

Hence I request the forum to please pursue this matter with HLL Life Care Ltd. and make the missing material to be delivered.
