Broadband not working

Dear Customercare,

Iam balaprabu residing @ porur chennai, my telephone number is 044-24825233. i had registered complaints so many times regarding my broadband line nonfunction. I could not use my internet but monthly bill is being produced including the last months paid fees. so pathetic i could not pay online and even the post office refusing to take the bill amount for the current month alone. why should i pay again for already paid. If the problem cant be solved i wanted to surrender my phone line .pls do take neccessary action . thanks!
