Net not working

Since i m using broadband service from Reliance Communication from past four months, i m facing frequent problem of losing network. Most of the time it takes 2-3 days to recover. Recently, when my network connection has lost, it has took ten days to solve this problem. From first day i.e from 3-dec i am pursuing about this problem with R-Care, and each time R-Care said that they are forwarding my complaint to higher priority to their technical group. But it seems that there is no control on their technical group.

At last on 19-dec my network restarted again.

but still i cant get speed what they told vvvvvery poor service
