Non receipt of 2 GB Card

I have buyed Onida V-140 mobile quatity 2 number i have received the cellphone but i have not received 2 gb card which was given as an offer.
Its been 20 days since i have received the mobile but have not received 2 gb card.
It was said that it would be received within 1 week after delivery of the mobile.
I am not able to contact them as there is no contact number mentioned on the bill or website, please help
