I am from Chennai - Villivakkam
I have been facing problem in internet connection at my home for past one week. I have called '1500' and followed the work around process as guided by your Customer care executives, twice. But still i could not connect to the internet (as the INET lamp in the modem doesn't blink).
Complaint has been launched by the executive himself based on this on Tuesday (22/9), and here is the number: 88480120

Till now there has been no response from your side, on which I am loosing a week's amount on my 750 plan, till date.
It would be great if you please look into this problem as soon as possible and rectify the same.
