Order is not delivered after receiving money

Sir/madam

i ordered a whirlpool microwave 20 leter grill through homeshop 18 the ordered date was 11th jan. i was told to deliver the order with in 7 or 8 working day now more than 56 days have past but could not received my order i talked more than 50 times in homeshop 18 customer care, but everytime they misguided me that my order will be delivered with in 2 or 3 days

now i have wasted my money and my time even whatdo i do...

please help me to persue this matter even i dont have any hesitation if u take this matter in various news channels this must be good lesson for them and surely will help me to deliver my order
