Send products with forged labels

I ordered an Extra-large "Bean Bag" from the website. I thought this company is associated with Network 18 and must be reliable, but to my surprise they are "Top class Cheats".

Instead of sending me the XL size, I got an L size. The label on the Bean Bag was forged with a permanant marker by putting an X in front of L to make it look like an XL.

I submitted the feedback multiple times on the site, which never showed up and there was no response. I called the customer service and they said they need to investigate the matter and will not send a replacement, Moreover, the product reviews you write on the website are not shown to the buyers but to you only. I am not sure what to do with them and do not have time at disposal to run after them. The intention to post a complaint here is to let potential buyers know what to expect from Homeshop18.com and stay away from them.
