Defected peice of happycall

I ordered few daysback a happycall double sided fry pan and recieved in today (7/3). As soon as i opened i found a detect in it. Actually its megnetic lock is not right and one of the magnet comes out every 2-3 times i open it. now when i called them they are asking me to post it back to them and also to claim the money of courier fax the details of courier reciept. Do you think it is justified as i was promised to get a free home delivery and now i have to go somewhere and courier it and them fax it and wait for my replacment as i have already paid them for the product??

It is my last deal with homeshop18 and I will make sure that others also not get fulled like this untill I get good responce from them.
