Product not dilivered even after payment

I had booked a canon camera on date 27-06 and its order no. Was 913699721..

On not getting the dilivery of my product again i had called homeshop18 customer care, but they told that you will recieve your product in next 2 days..on waiting and calling again..they told that your product is lost in courier ..they told that also that they will send another camera..but this dosen't happen..on calling again they told that they had issued new order no. 914293881 .and my complint no. Was 73169737.

Some time they are telling that they had not send because i had not done payment... sometime they again told you will recieve product in 5 days... i am fade up of this ..the thing is that they had not dispeched my product.
