Worst online shopper - HomeShop18.com

I bought three Strontium MicroSD Cards from HomeShop18.com Order number 907692329. All three of them got corrupted in less than a months time. Amazing isn't it. All my data were lost and was not recoverable. So I doubt HomeShop18 is giving duplicate Strontium Cards.

When I created a support ticket "68951571" to HomeShop18, their customer executive ask me to return unused Cards to get refund. So I went to Strontium company and got new ones. I also sent it via Aramex to reach them fast.

Now they say that they can only replace cards, refund is not possible!!!

Are they mad? What are they replacing... fake Strontium cards instead of genuine cards I gave them?
