I have taken 1GBPM / 256 KBPS plan from Honesty Net solutions (I) Pvt Ltd

(Bhandup). But i am facing so many problems. since they are the only cable net provider in our area, they never care for the kind of service they are providing to the customer. I was getting Request Time Out signal for 7-9 days. i have the complaint number.after so many complaints and calls they managed to solved my problem .but now i want them to extend my validity by 7-9 days.

Pls tell me what to do? To whom shall i complaint? I want them to teach a lesson .because this happend thrice with me..
