This is a very very annoying website host. Very poor customer service. Completely unprofessional. I have problems with my website for almost a week. Site is DOWN most of the time, FTP doesn't work and most annoyingly, when I contact the customer service, they ask me to check again and again. Every time I raise the same support ticket, but all the time they ask me to check and NEVER resolve my problem. If you love your business or website. NEVER go with this host. 0 for service -10 for customer service.

Now. How should I get my money back. I want to switch to a different host now.
