Don't ever take Tataindicom connection

Hi,

If you are planning to take Tata Indicom photonplus broadband service. Please DROP the idea immediately. They are not et all professional in service.

I was a loyal customer to Tata Indicom. When I was not using the service and asked them to cancel the service. They started creating problems such an extent that I almost fed up and ready to file a case. I paid all outstanding bills and initiated cancellation process. After I raised the cancellation request, after a month they re-activated the connection and asked for money.

I have paid that amount also and again we got 4 confirmation calls for cancellation. We told that we no longer needed. After one week one guy came to home and asked for the bill amount.

Even after several requests and 10s of phones they are not cancelling. It is not yet all easy get rid of this powerful leech once it caught.

I never saw such a totally un-professional service. It is very pathetic that Tata brand is like that.

Please DO NOT ever ever ever take this service. Once you take, you are trapped.
