Non delivery of refilling cylinde

I had booked a refill of cylinder bearing No.606443 on telephone dated 01.03.2011 with booking no.50521dated 01.03. but so far no refill received from M/s. Devi Dayal Enterprises, Sector 8, Rohini, Delhi-110085. I had also personally visit to said agency and it was assured that the refill will be sent within 02 days i.e. 02.03.2011.
You are requested kintly to take necessary steps in the matter.
