Under warranty not replaced

Dear Sir,

I m facing lot of problems regarding to reliance HSD_Card (model no. AC2726 ) & modem no. 9347461841.I purchased card on May from your sells men in our company. My card did not work from March first week & I go to reliance web world (paradise, secunderabad) on dated 07.03.11 & discuss problem with web world employee. He asked me you go to SAI MOBILES (Shop no. 29, first floor, MG Road, Secunderbad, Ph – 040-64618855). I go there & I paid 400 /- service charges for card repairing job no. 20086 bcause I missed my receipt. After repairing my card worked only 3days again I faced same problem. I discussed with reliance customer care (040-30335555) on dtd. 25.04.11.He asked me your card is under warranty period so you go again reliance web world. As per his instruction I go again reliance web world & discuss with him but again he asked me you go another service centre. I m working in pvt. Organization so I have no time for this. So I request to customer care (040-30335555) for service termination on dtd. 26.04.11, 04times. After my request he gave me termination no.151688273 & asked me you got message on your mobile but till time I did not get any message.

So I request u again please terminate my services & confirm through message to me on cell no. 9298110026.
