Did not deliver the order on the specified date and time and no response of delay

I had placed an order on 11th Feb to gift a perfume bottel costing Rs, 2726 and flowers costing Rs.830 for valentines day to be delivered on 14th Feb in the 1st half. Although initially they responsed to my order and confirmed the order and said the order will be delivered during the day.

But the biggest tradegy happened they went for delivery to her office at midnight 12.30 AM on 15th Feb expecting her to be there in office and secondly the delivery guy had to guts to call her on her mobile phone at 12.30 am in the night and confirming the address. This was the kind of pathetic service they have provided.

Since that day no one has responded to my emails and the website phone # is wrong. I have asked them to refund my money and will not accept any of the gifts.

No response at all from them. Just to keep all of you aware the website is http://clickroses.com do not use this website at all. the worst service ever.

Beware of such werbsites.
