Product not delivered

I ordered flowers for my dad to be delivered on Feb 14 through http://www.buyflowersgiftsonline.com (Order Number: CART59348). So far the order has not been delivered but my credit card has been charged. I called the tel no 00 91 9997 3335 95 listed on their website which indicates that they have 24 hr service but no one answered the phone. I tried to send an email to contact@buyflowersgiftsonline.com which is also listed on their web site, but it bounced back.

I see that others have had complaints about http://www.buyflowersgiftsonline.com as well. Please do something about it so that more people do not fall into the same fate.
