Items never delivered, customer care never answered the call

There are several complaints:-

1. The item was a bouquet of 24 red roses mid-night delivery and it was never delivered.

2. The customer care just picked up the call once and spoke rudely and mocked the consumer by saying "Jo Karna hain kar lo" (Do whatever you can do)

3. After that they never answered my call. I kept calling whole day but no response.

4. Site is broken, I was not able to track the delivery using the tracking number provided at the time of placing the order.

Note # Please never ever use this site "http://www.gifts-to-india.com/Index.html" for any kind of delivery. It will never reach!!!
