Charged for services not delivered

Hi

I'd ordered for a birthday cake on 1st Apr '10 through http://www.indiaflowerplaza.com/ to be delivered on 4th Apr '10 to my brother's address and paid it through a credit card. Order number generated: CART23806772

The cake wasnt delivered and when i called on 5th Apr, i was initially told that it has been delivered but when i pursued further the lady on the line said she'll check up and call me later. After 5 hrs she called me that it couldnt be delivered and if i would like a refund and i said yes. Its been two weeks hence and the money hasnt been refunded yet and my calls are being ignored. I've called umpteen times with no response at the other end. If the lady picks up the call she disconnects it on hearing my voice.
