Its been more than 30 hrs since I made a payment to this company for a premium "file sharing" account service and I finally got through their customer care after 5hrs of calling, I constantly got a "caller tune" saying the person is busy on another call, its very obvious that it was a caller tune and not an actual busy tone because the moment I called them from my Skype no they picked up in no time, after that they were highly abusive and threatened me with not refunding the money and to do whatever I feel like about it. "we take time to process such things it will take a few days and we are a very busy company" that's their response when their website clearly says it takes maximum of 2 hrs to process it, the money was transferred via NET BANKING to
