Delivery mail received when NOT BEING DONE

Hi,

A delivery supposed to be done on an occasion has yet not been done apart they assure that the delivery has been done at first and then repent saying that thy have not and will get it done at the earliest.

Its been 3 days and ample of unwanted mails have been done between me and them. Their contact numbers on the website and other than which they provide are useless, they have kept it busy all the time round the clock such that no body could call them and enquire.
