At the time of order, they did not mention any time that they will send the chocolates and the gift through a courier service and it may take 2 to 3 days? the customer service is justifying this as I should have read the terms and conditions.
Even the flowers were not been delivered on the promised day; the phone is not working i tried 40 calls; the number is busy. Its a 1570 INR order# HOF-11072012117310. They sucks!!
