IPTV not Installation

Subject: Airtel poor service (Not installation of IPTV after 1.5 Month)

We have corporate account Id - 15137472 in the name of P.P. Jewellers Pvt. Ltd. with phone no-45161000 to 45161099 . We applied for a IPTV on 45161005 (C-19, Rana Pratap Bagh, New Delhi) with all the supporting document and Chq. No. 001437 dated 07/07 amount Rs.-1750/- of HDFC bank Kasturba gnadhi marg, Connaught Place, N.D-1 for installation advance given to the airtel executive Mr. asif (9268227587) send by Mr. Gulam Mustafa Ansari TSM (9555022915), who promising me the IPTV installation within 2 or 3 days on my existing phone no.-45161005.

After 10 days your installation team reach on another location Rohini for installation on 45161062. I talk to Mr. Gulam TSM immediatly for wrong installation phone no-45161062. He told me that the wrong phone no. filled up in the application form by mistake. He promised to carrect it and install on 45161005 urgently. On 23/07 Mr. Asif come to me for refilled the application form with correct phone no-45161005, At this time we talk to Mr. Nirmal, Mr. Gulam. The all promised me for urgent installtion. But nobody take care. As on 28/07, Mr. Gulam mobile switched off, Mr. Asif on Leave and don't know the status of installation, And Mr. Nirmal Does not pick the mobile phone. As from filling the application form to till date, we remind several times to Mr. Nirmal (9818044326), Mr. Ankur (9582160681), Mr. Gulam (9555022915), Mr. Asif (9268227587), Mr. Gorav (9910432839), Mr. Abhishek (9810599217) but nothing can be done. If somebody in airtel take care of services to the consumer (I don't so) then pls. help me out from this upseting stage.
