I am not able to use broadband after installation and insipte of several customer complaints its not getting addressed

Hi,

I am not able to use my broadband connection after they installed a long delay, inspite of several complaints to customer care its not getting addressed.

After sending repeated emails also they are not responding.

I have paid for 6 months in advance and want the money back.
