ICC Network cheats the custome

ICC network cheats the customer. The company does big promises and provides nothing. I have experienced the worst broadband service of the ICC network. I continuosly making phone calls since last month July 3rd. They told that their service is merged with the Sify broadband service and their representative will visit soon to fill up the new form. Today is the Aug 2nd, I called them. They again told that the representative will visit. I paied them 6 months advance for their broadband service and I am getting no internet connectivity. I'm going to make an FIR in police station and ask for refund my money.
