Dead telephone

I have broadband connection of relience broadband com plan.two months ago i have get connection, but i have no received any bill statement hardcopy.but excutive come to my door for payment, i have given 5 time request but not receiving any response from the company.now my phone is dead i have given lots of request but not receiving any solution from the company.

I have suffered from last 10 days .but my problem is not solved. Three technitious{ vankat, shri nivas, ellias} have come and go. But my phone is not working. My req. no. are. 111864239, 111893029, 111494704, 111578658, 111602643, 111500936, 111802629, 111916296 req. no..i am not receiving bill statement also. For this purpose, I have given you five time request also. But my problems are not solved Thanking you
